Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time will receive a full refund.
• If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the start time, the payment will not be refunded.
• Changes made less than 24 hours prior to the experience's start time are not accepted.
• In the event of poor weather or if the minimum number of travelers isn't met, alternatives or refunds will be offered.
