20 Minute Scenic Helicopter Flight
Lifting off from the Hoffnungsthal Valley, our journey begins as we cruise past the township of Lyndoch, veering right to fly along the western ridge of the Barossa Valley. Witness the vast plains of the mid-north area, with its contouring vineyards, rolling hills, and palm tree-lined roads leading to the historic Seppeltsfield Winery.
As we continue towards Nuriootpa, your pilot will highlight Maggie Beer’s farm and the renowned Penfold’s Winery. Flying down the valley floor over Tanunda, take in the sights of the stunning architecture of Chateau Tanunda and the region's many historic churches. The journey then takes you further south for a spectacular view over Jacob’s Winery, home to some of Australia's largest wine tanks, each capable of holding up to 1.4 million litres of wine.
Finally, your flight will guide you to the southern end of the Barossa, passing the town of Lyndoch, over the Barossa Goldfields and the acoustic marvel of the Whispering Wall, before returning to our base in the Hoffnungsthal Valley.
