Meeting and Pickup Details:

Join us at New Orleans Aerial Tours & Flight Training LLC, located at 5701 Walter Beech St, New Orleans, LA 70126, USA. Our facility is situated at the back of Moffett Hangar, just to the left of the main terminal. From the main parking area, take a left and then an immediate right to find us at the street's end, directly opposite the terminal.

The experience both starts and ends at this meeting point, ensuring a seamless and convenient adventure.

What To Expect:

Your journey begins at the New Orleans Aerial Tours and Flight Training center, where you'll meet your pilot instructor for a detailed 20-minute pre-flight briefing. This session covers essential flight procedures, including engine start-up, taxiing, and pre-takeoff checks. Soon after, you'll take your place in the cockpit beside your professional pilot for an unforgettable take-off, followed by a guided tour over New Orleans' most famous landmarks.

Pass by the historic French Quarter, offering a unique bird's-eye view of this vibrant area. Catch a glimpse of the Caesars Superdome and the adjacent Smoothie King Center, iconic structures of New Orleans. Follow the meandering path of the Mississippi River as it cuts through the city, providing spectacular views from above.

• This experience is not wheelchair accessible.
• Observers can join subject to confirmation and an additional fee; a maximum of two observers is allowed.
• Due to safety and comfort considerations, passengers with a propensity for motion sickness or pregnant women should consult their physician before flying.
• All participants must provide their weight at the time of booking, with a combined weight limit of 450 lbs and an individual limit of 300 lbs.
• A safety waiver is required to be signed prior to take-off.

Cancellation Policy:

For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the experience. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or any changes made within this period, will not be eligible for a refund.
