Observers are welcome to ride along at $40 per person, pending available space. Please note that all reservation times are approximate due to changing wind and water conditions. Although reservations are not required, they are highly recommended due to the popularity of parasailing and the limited space available. Walk-up guests are welcome, but please be prepared for a potential wait, especially during peak season (March – August). For parties of 6 or less, no credit card is required to hold your spot, but we kindly ask for 24-hour notice if you need to cancel.

For parties of 7 or more, a credit card is required to secure a reservation. Customers may cancel or change their reservation up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time without penalty. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in a charge for the full price of our minimum flight for the number of people the reservation included. This cancellation policy remains in effect even in the case of rainy weather; if we can still accommodate our customers, the policy applies. Should unfavorable weather conditions prevent us from providing our services, we will offer to reschedule or provide a refund as appropriate. It's important to be on time for your reservation, as we may not be able to re-accommodate late arrivals, which could result in a full charge due to lack of notice.
