Check-in:

Check-in at least 45 minutes before your tour departure time. For safety and comfort, hats and oversized bags are not allowed on the flight line or in the helicopter. Please leave these items in your vehicle. Bring a photo ID.

Photography: Bring a camera and wear a dark-colored shirt to minimize glare on the windows.

Scuba Diving: No scuba diving 24 hours prior to the helicopter tour departure time.

Weight Restriction: Accurate body weight is required for all passengers. FAA regulations require passengers to be weighed at check-in. Passengers weighing 290 lbs or more will require a comfort seat in our WhisperSTAR aircraft. Contact reservations for more information.
