We meet an hour before sunrise in the World Golf Village area of Saint Augustine. We choose a launch site depending on the wind and the weather that day. Once we determine where it’s safe to launch from we put you into our company vehicle and we drive you in our vehicle out to the launch site. There you are welcome to be part of the crew and help inflate the balloon or stand back and take pictures, whatever makes you happy. Then we will fly for about 30 minutes or so to an hour. That again is determined by wind and weather that morning. After we land and everything is packed away we will do a special little champagne (or other special non-alcoholic drink) ceremony in a field nearby. Then we will take you and drop you off where we found you. The whole adventure generally lasts 2 to 3 hours.

- Hot Air Balloon Flights
The safest and most beautiful flying hours are right at sunrise when the winds are at their lightest. You will receive a special briefing by your Pilot-In-Command. The flight will last approximately from 30 minutes to hour, this all depends on the wind and weather that morning. We try our best to keep the flights as close to an hour as possible, however, due to the technical nature of this flying area we cannot guarantee flight time, direction or altitude. We do guarantee to get you up in a hot air balloon. You will need to allow at least 3-4 hours for the whole experience.
Are There Any Restrictions On Who Can Fly?
There are no restrictions but all souls are the same price so you want to make sure that a child's sense of adventure is developed enough to enjoy this once in a lifetime experience. Also, you must be agile enough to climb in and out of the basket and stand for the duration of the flight. If you are in any doubt you should consult your family doctor. You should advise us of any medical condition. Others in your group who wish not to fly may participate by riding in our chase vehicle for a nominal fee.
What Does a Hot Air Balloon Ride Cost?
Per Person, Semi-Private Flights
All flights are two to three hour adventures ending with a special balloonists’ prayer, toasting the occasion with champagne mimosas or other special drink. A limited number of passengers will share the flight with you.
