- Helicopter tours fly with 4-5 guests grouped from multiple reservations. Tours with fewer than 4 passengers may be combined to meet the minimum requirement.
- Schedule adjustments may occur to meet passenger requirements; guests will be notified by phone or email prior to the flight.
- Guests may purchase additional seats to ensure a private tour.
- Each seat has a weight limit of 240 lb (109 kg). Passengers over this limit must purchase an additional seat at the time of booking. Passengers over 300 lb are also welcome but must book an extra seat.
- All passengers will be weighed at check-in.
- Flights are subject to cancellation due to severe weather. The pilot will decide up to 30 minutes before the scheduled flight. Flights can be rebooked within a year of the original date, or a full refund will be provided.
